What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
To maintain clarity & transparency, warranty does not apply to:
● Normal softening or comfort preference changes over time
● Physical damage: cuts, burns, stains, liquid spill
● Improper use/handling or exposure to moisture
● Mold/odour due to incorrect storage or environment
● Products repaired or altered by non-authorized personnel

Warranty Activation:
Warranty must be registered immediately after delivery of the product to be considered valid.
