Order Confirmation & Advance Payment Policy
 
To confirm an order, a non-refundable advance payment of ₹49 is required at the time of purchase. This advance payment helps us initiate order processing, packaging, and logistics arrangements for your mattress. As mattresses are large products that involve significant packaging, handling, and shipping costs, the ₹49 confirmation fee is non-refundable once an order has been placed. In the event of order cancellation by the customer, the ₹49 advance payment will not be refunded. However, the remaining order amount (if any additional payment has been made) will be processed according to our cancellation and refund policy. Orders will be considered confirmed and scheduled for dispatch only after the ₹49 advance payment has been successfully received. 


Prices and Shipping Costs
 
We strive to ensure that all pricing and product information displayed on the website is accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to: 
● Correct any errors in pricing or product details 
● Cancel or refuse orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price 
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.We offer free shipping as part of promotional offers or campaigns.

Shipping Policy / Delivery

Orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of order confirmation. In many cases, delivery may be completed as early as 2 days, depending on the location and product availability. 

Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by factors beyond our control. In the event of a delay caused by unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you at the earliest and take reasonable steps to minimize the impact. We shall not be held liable for such delays. However, if there is a risk of significant delay, you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any undelivered products.
 
In case of product unavailability, any advance payment made will be refunded promptly. 
The responsibility for the product passes to you upon successful delivery at the address provided. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partners will attempt to notify you with instructions for rescheduling or collection. 

If you fail to accept delivery or do not rearrange delivery after failed attempts: 
● We may charge additional shipping or storage fees 
● We reserve the right to cancel the order 
● Any losses incurred due to non-acceptance may be recovered 

If we are unable to contact you despite reasonable efforts, we reserve the right to terminate the order and, where applicable, recover associated costs.

Termination

The warranty does not cover:

   ● Minor variations in size, shape, or firmness 
   ● Damage caused by improper use, handling, or storage 
   ● Stains, burns, cuts, or liquid damage 
   ● Use of the mattress without proper support or foundation 

To initiate a warranty claim, customers may be required to submit a request through our Warranty Claim Form available on the website, along with valid proof of purchase and relevant product details. 

In the event of a valid claim, we reserve the right to: 
  ● Repair the product, or 
  ● Replace the product, or 
  ● Offer a partial or full refund, at our discretion

Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds 

We aim to provide a seamless and transparent experience for all purchases made on our website. 

Returns 

Eligible products may be returned within the applicable return period (within 15 days of delivery) as mentioned on the respective product page. 
To initiate a return, customers must raise a request through our website or contact support for pickup arrangements. 

The following conditions apply: 
● Products must be unused and in good condition 
● Returns will be accepted only if the product is not damaged, soiled, or altered in
any way 
● For a smoother and faster pickup process, we recommend keeping the original packaging intact and unopened 
We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving the return. Any product that does not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for return. 

Refunds 

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been successfully picked up and passed a quality inspection. 

Once approved, refunds will be initiated as follows: 
● For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the original payment method 
● For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, and 
customers will be required to share valid bank account details 

 Refund timelines: 

● Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days from the date of approval 
● The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider Please note: 
● If the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria (unused, undamaged, and in acceptable condition), the refund may be rejected or partially processed, at our discretion 
● Any applicable shipping, handling, or logistics charges may be deducted from the  refund amount, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part 
● In case of order cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be issued Once the refund is initiated, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. 

Replacements 

We offer replacements in cases where the product delivered has a manufacturing defect, is damaged during transit, or an incorrect product has been delivered. Customers are required to raise a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team or through the website. 
To process a replacement request, customers must provide valid proof of the issue, such as clear images or videos along with order details. All requests are subject to verification, and we reserve the right to inspect the product or arrange a reverse pickup before approving the replacement. 
Once the request is approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the original product (if required) and deliver the replacement product at transportation cost only.  
Replacements will not be applicable in cases of damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. Minor variations in size, color, or comfort preference will also not be considered valid reasons for replacement. The replacement product will be of the same model and specifications, subject to availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative. 

Cancellations 

Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched from our warehouse. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method. 

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may choose to 
refuse delivery or proceed as per the return policy, subject to applicable terms and 
conditions. 

For certain products that are made-to-order, customized, or fall under special categories, cancellation may be restricted or allowed only within a limited time window from the time of order placement. In such cases, cancellation requests raised after the allowed timeframe may attract cancellation charges or may not be accepted. 
If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment method and banking partner. 
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion in cases including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, customers will be notified, and any applicable refund will be processed promptly.
